Terms of Service

By accessing our website or using Centrasprit's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Centrasprit, and must not be barred from doing so under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Where your organization connects systems or data sources to Centrasprit, your organization retains ownership of that data. We process it solely to provide, maintain, and improve the security services your organization has authorized.

Centrasprit provides AI-assisted detection, investigation, explanation, and response guidance for security-relevant activity. Centrasprit does not guarantee the detection or prevention of every threat, and is one part of a broader security posture.

Centrasprit uses AI models to analyze signals and generate explanations and recommendations. AI-generated output may be incomplete or imperfect, and should be reviewed by a responsible person before acting on it in situations with material consequences.

Centrasprit may automatically process security signals to identify and prioritize potential incidents. The scope of automated processing is configured with each organization.

Any automated response action (such as revoking a session or disabling an account) is only performed where your organization has explicitly authorized Centrasprit to do so. Actions outside that authorization require manual approval.

Centrasprit may connect to third-party systems at your organization's direction. Your use of those third-party systems remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

You agree not to misuse Centrasprit, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer its systems, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Centrasprit and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by Centrasprit or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the services.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as necessary to fulfill obligations under these Terms.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed by Centrasprit, as described further on our Security page.

We aim to keep Centrasprit reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Centrasprit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement with your organization. Centrasprit does not guarantee that all threats will be detected or prevented.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrasprit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify Centrasprit against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Either party may terminate access to the services as described in an applicable customer agreement, or, in the absence of one, with reasonable notice.

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms will be specified in a customer agreement or updated here following legal review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
